Let’s do it the Irish/Scottish way

A traditional method that transforms a grain into a whiskey known all over the world. The tradition of whiskey in Scotland and Ireland is a centuries-old tradition, as is the diatribe over who is the pioneer of this distillate.

Our plants combine the traditions of these two countries with the most modern technologies to ensure the preservation of the art of whiskey making, and allowing the continuity of its history through the use of new technologies that allow the reduction of environmental impact in favor of more eco-friendly plants.

We design and build whiskey Pot Still plants with typical swan-neck shape, completing the supply with the mashing and filtering part of the wort. We supply turnkey plants starting from the management of the grain, passing through the production of mash up to the pot stills for distillation; the supply is completed by the process tanks and the plant equipment.
