We design and build marc disalcolator, equipped with loading and unloading systems. Our disalcolators are known in particular for the considerable reduction of the energy cost of production, for the quality delivered to the final distillate and for their robustness and reliability.
In recent years, our disalcolators have replaced the old and now obsolete systems for the first distillation of marc in the major Italian and world distilleries. The distilleries have become more competitive thanks to the higher income due to the lower energy consumption. The range includes different sizes to meet the customer's needs, mod. DV020II that can work from 1,2 up to 2 ton/h, mod. DV035II that can work from 2 up to 3,5 ton/h, mod. DV060II that can work from 3,5 up to 6 ton/h.
The distillation process is regulated by means of a special touch automation panel plc, through which it is possible to vary the working speed, the alcohol content at the exit to the plant, the steam injection, the loading and unloading. The alcohol content of the outgoing distillate is around 30% with a residual alcohol content of 0.3%, thus allowing energy savings even in the second phase of distillate rectification. This type of plant is recommended for those who have to process a minimum of 100 tons per year of grape pomace. The choice of the model is based both on the need for raw material to be processed and on the space available.
The storage and preservation of marc are important elements. As far as storage with a large production machinery is concerned, it is possible to limit the space occupied, since the marc is distilled quickly. As far as storage is concerned, marc is a difficult material to preserve and easy to deteriorate. Our disalcolators guarantee a solution to these two problems, allowing you to always use the best raw material for your final distillation.
